Yes, he will get his body back!!! He transforms into a human with his own body, but with pink hair and blue eyes. The Duke kinda falls in love with him when this happens.
This event takes place in the middle of a party for a nobleman who is in some way an enemy of the duke. It doesn't take long for this transformation to happen, but throughout the novel he becomes a doll again or human again.

He is actually a doll summoned through black magic (which is strictly prohibited) by an ambitious noble and returns to his own world after a lot of trouble. Our protagonist miss the ml a lot after returning.
The duke goes after him in Korea and appears in the body of a mini doll to get him back. After this is happy ending 😃.

He became a doll just to get Yuri back. After that they return to the duke's world and then they have their happy ending. Unfortunately Yuri keeps switching between doll and human body, while the duke just keeps with his own body (got doll body only in Korea) ^^.
