@Kim dan the mc and ml did a lot of bad things as a team. The mc was first to approach ml. Mlwabted to f**k him from the start but mc didn't think that way he only thought they were partners in crime . So to rise in ranks mc decides to marry a women from some prestigious family so the ml feels betrayed and does this. This is what I understood. Hope this helps
