@Koma Yeah I get that. The dopamine part is why it's a addiction and like legit a problem. I stopped reading sm** when I became a Christian. G** helped me with that quickly I'm ngl, but "gooning" I struggled with bc of the dopamine. I didn't realized that even if I didn't read sm**, that gooning is still lustful because yk you're still giving into your flesh and it's just not healthy. It's natural bc we are humans, but that doesn't mean it's okay. For example, naturally we don't want to wait for marriage or JS tango with one person. Most people want to tango with multiple people, but that doesn't mean it's healthy or okay because that doesn't only cause a lot of mental pain. And can even lead to physical pain, which is why lu** so bad an something that we really need to get rid of. People can lu** over money and food too, it's natural but not healthy or okay. Man with phones scrolling is turning into an addiction bc of the dopamine too. 😓
