@Sylveon I don't  jumping to the conclusion that he slept with anyone.
But let's be honest, if I were in a situation (as Tei) where my husband/boyfriend/partner ignores me and then comes home late at night smelling like a concubine's perfume, it's logical for anyone in their right mind to assume some kind of... activity took place. I think I have to be in a weird state of mind to say to myrself, "That's great, he smells like someone else's perfume, that definitely means something good, I have no doubts" 
It's only normal in this situation to be confused and want to know why.

@ItsNotOverYet and I will say we r readers right we hve seen both prespective why r we juding smne if u r going to quest his action let's tke both action in consideration we r not blind let's not assume bad things about smne

@Sylveon I think, you misunderstood me a little.
I can only speak for myself, but I personally don't think Shuraka slept with any of the concubines. I think there's some really stupid explanation for the smell. I think this simply because it doesn't fit the story. But then again, I can come up with other story scenarios where that's not the case.
But I understand Tei's point. It's an unpleasant situation.
And I still REALLY don't like that Tei has to be in situations where it looks like Shuraka is sleeping with someone else/was in love with someone else/betraying him, but Tei has to just trust Shuraka.
That's why I brought up the "lipstick stains on his shirt collar" situaltion like an example. Because even in this stupid situation, the husband can explain the reasons to his wife (and they may be true). But the very fact that the wife is put in such a bad situation, where the facts are not entirely clear... I just feel sorry for the wife/Tei in this situation. That's all.
