Anyone read the novel? Is ML still in contact with seonew and why did they break up? Does ML genuinely like MC yet or not? I'm asking for spoilers so please but spoiler tag if you know just so it doesn't ruin for anyone else :)

I don't think you can even consider Seonew an ex and they are NOT in contact. Liu doesn't even like the guy because something did happen but not with him
Seonew cheated on Shushu but the thing is Liu knew that he wasn't a good guy but kept quiet because he didn't want to hurt Shushu saying that his boyfriend was his fuckbuddy and that is how he knew so he now feels guilty about it. He did try to convince him in other ways tho. Shushu is his childhood friend by the way.
