Yknow the premise is funny, but I like how his phone being at 5% and never charged isn't just used to put him in a bad spot, but actually forces him to interact with other characters without hypnosis in meaningful ways, it's a nice way to put a spin on the "I can't use my superpower or cheats" scenario.
