@kali No, you're right. In the version of the story the FL remembers, Nellnoa was the protagonist. She mentioned that in the original story, Baron essentially gets blackmailed into a relationship with her after she saved him from his curse. But Nellnoa definitely said that she wasn't. So I wonder if it's that the original original version of the story had Lovena as the heroine. Then, Nellnoa transmigrated, killed Lovena, and took her spot, which became the plot of the novel as Haley remembers it. Now, Haley's transmigrated and will become the heroine. So this is the third version of the world, essentially.
