In the beginning it looks like the black haired one has liked mc for awhile but didn’t fully understand that feeling.but seeing mc made them return with him having a better understanding.the mc just enjoys black haired company and wants to date someone he has feelings for so he “a little jokingly says let’s cut ties “ the black hair still likes mc and confessed,I assume black hair probably struggles to express certain emotions but is very curious about what he’s feeling to the mc.(I think black haired guy likes people he has a deep connection with)
