I think that her being and feeling sorry for herself is a perfect add on to this story seeing as she legit went through abuse, a cheating relationship, debt collectors and having to work herself to exhaustion not to spoil herself hut pay off a deadbeat. Especially being blamed for ruining someone's life. The fact that she's able to remind herself she's divorced and 30 and also that she and Taeha shouldn't be together cause he's 23-25 but cause he actively pursues her it's become normal for her to expect him and develop feelings. Because she finally feels wanted after all these years.
