@vishi I think the mc just walked out of the barrier just fine in the first chap - it’s just that there’s high level monsters out there. A player isn’t going to get far looking for unreleased content before dying and respawning in the city. Doubtless they’d be people trying and streaming it though
I am surprised that the city hasn't had serious major problems with the players though. It's not uncommon for players to mass murder for fun at a dime, or grief other bases, torment npcs to oblivion, or steal everything in sight, ect.
100% they'd be looking sign up for a 'thieves guild' or whatever underbelly organisation the city can't control. Practically every player would wanna play undercover gangster given the chance.
The poor town guards. At least they respawn
