@6malord well i dont know how to explain it. im someone whose brain kept thinking useless thought and my mind always wandering but one thing i observe im always taking breaks if i need to focus on something. like eating, eating, reading another books, eating or playing then back to the thing that needed my focus. then if i cant still focus, im forcing myself to focus. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 btw hope u understand english isnt my language so its so hard to explain. 😅😅🤣 [im kind of useless]😂😂🤣
