I don't get it, isn't ryllie an illegitimate child from a woman outside but just managed to inherit the genes of the family? why are they treating ashtarte like thatt isn't she a biological child?

Because apparently, silver hair represents prosperity while black hair represents a calamity. So basically, it's because of her black hair (which I think is really pretty ◕ᴗ◕)
