Honestly it's Dmitri's fault. He gaslight Caesar into thinking that Lee won betrayed him, hates him and make him think that everything they've done are all just nothing. Everything was fine until Dmitri comes into lee won's life. I don't wanna blame him for shooting lee won cuz Dmitri gaslight him like that that makes Caesar feel like that.
