@izie its kinda like ahjuicy (the mc calls the ml that which basicaly means uncle) from dangerous convinience store or hyung, noona, oppa etc. i think its a term to adress others, maybe odd even, and imo it wouldve been better not to translate it so it doesnt look so weird to us lol

@izie in the context of English Boss/sir sounds weird here. But im guessing he is using 'saesangnim' in Korean which is more like a respectul way to address rather than strictly tied to working under someone. Bos/sir is just the easiest way to translate it.
