@Breathe saying that girls who act like this know what they are doing. Is implying that the girl is internationally flirting. Many girls are just kind and helpful and just being nice. But you with that mentality would think yesss she wants me and proceed to make sexual advances.. and many cases when your advances arent reciprocated it leads to ra**.
