Yes, but as a human, as a woman - you don't go and get together with someone who's already in a relationship. 
The cheater and the mistress are equally at fault.

And yes, we can hate a character in advance according to how the story goes - that's what stories are for. You don't read while thinking "oh I cannot get angry yet" that's not how it works.

when I typed earlier "mature reasonable readers"obviously you are not one of them let's keep it that way

@Yumi im a little confused by this comment.....are you saying we should hate a character because she did something we would all do

She fell in love with a man who lied to her

She didn't know he was with anyone and slept with him because she herself loved him not knowing about his wife.

If you had fallen in love with someone,  and he didn't tell you he was with someone...you would probably still be with him until the truth can e out just like she did.
