it'd be cool if... MC ran away and took his son a few days after this incident and hides from ML trying to forget about his love for him. After that the ML searches for MC and captures him making their son hostage and saying something like "I could just take away our son from you, so better stay put if you don't want to loose him. Don't forget, I'm the one with the advantage here." and after that the MC grew to hate the ML. In the end their son hepled both of his parents get back with eachother and after some persuation and a love confession to the MC the MC finally forgive the ML. And later on they have another baby! tbh stories like this are so cliche so I hope it doesn't go like this.
