@hmm couldnt disagree more. Ita in fact the oposite. While violence may solve petty problems it fails to solve the real hard problems. Like corruption and even war. What actually stops a war is the negociations behind it.

and wars are started to solve macro problems that persist in peace time (like keeping GDP accurate)
