i feel like yall are hating on Kana so much over not so much? I mean, its not like hes avidi hurting mc in a way? Mcs hurt is coming more from outside perspectives and opinions of others over him, just bc ml said that mc is average dont make him a monster? Its a lil obvious that ml wants to monopolize mc and maybe this is his way of averting others attetion on mc (i think he will go yandere at some point tbh) and by now its obivoous too that this is not your average "healthy" story so dont come at me saying "but even if this is mls excuse, its not acceptable, this is toxic and yada yad" this is only fiction so chiil there, aslo, try to reminde that ml had his share of fuc*** up experiences too, he was almost kidnaped bc he was cute(?) so i guess he has his problems too not only our mc with his self depreciation and such that i relate so much ahahahahah-sigh, ; kudos for his mom tho, shes a cute, and he may not be the cutest in face but his personality is the cutest, hes all the time trying to make others feel better, not burder others with his onw problems, trying to make the best of each situation in his own way (that IS new for him, sice yestarday he thought all would be excused bc he was "cute" so ppl would cut him some slack but now hes trying to swing his way without this "treat".....its hard) i saw ppl ageeing that hes pathetic and such but i dont see him in this way at all, he only starting to deal with things that are new for him.
