@90000th alpha, omega & beta,, alpha's are the one who tops and omega are the bottom always, beta's are mostly a bottom. Alpha and omega has their own scents, they'll get heat cycle each month, taking suppressant might help them, this knotting of an omega and an alpha leads to omega - getting pregnant. there are also male Omega's, female alpha's. Beta's also have both genders but they can't get pregnant, only Omega's can.
