@hina ohhh lol maybe thats a different saying, but i searched up to be sure and “Blue ba***” is the slang term for a real condition called epididymal hypertension. It refers to aching or painful testicles. Some people may experience this after sexual arousal that does not result in org***. i high-key doubt it has sum to do with out of the blue tho😭😭
