@Bee I think any alpha can get any omega pregnant, despite being female or male. Idk if betas can get pregnant at all or get someone else pregant

@rori loves to read if the alpha is dominant then they can turn a beta into a recessive omega who can get pregnant but ironically in some other worlds even betas can get pregnant
