Actually, invert the country roles here, and you get the reality. Chinese companies break all kinds of patents, steal technologies, abuse smaller companies to get the said technologies and breach the contracts. Add to this all the state assisted funds and corruption of individuals in foreign countries to commit severe competition fraud, unfair competition, and I think that the picture is accurate enough.
