So all of his brother are non-biological? But then is he adopted? Where did the 2% omega trait come from thn? I thought that omega trait was dominant in his family and that's why even he had traces of it despite being an alpha but that doesn’t make sense if he isn't rekated to them by blood...

I read the novel so... Kanghyun is only biological child between two alpha parents, neither of them has other children. They adopted three children, orphans, in hopes of them being alphas. Spoilers all of them are omegas. The four brothers have really strong bond. The relationship between brothers and Kanhyun and Haeil is just green forest
