Ok let me line this up, so that actually was his dear friend who died and he was looking for his body but its incovenient for the king to muck around like that in the woods? couldn't he just organize a search party and find the body? he's literally the king. Why was he dressed like the skeleton then? was he tryna spook people out of the woods so that no one messes with the corpse? Again, not an issue if he declared some bounty or got a search party.
