My guess is that she's working with the flame country dude, and that guy is his biological dad, and she is like a 'maid' that watches over him. She gets a little too jealous when she sees him near other girls, and that whole last bit is NOT something you'd expect from a blood sister, but rather a girl from one of those Korean stories. 🤣
