Well to be fair, Caesar wasn't raised normal, so those morals most have, not there.I mean he almost took out a kid for just touching him, sooo, just think of him as more beastie then human thanks to his father Sasha. And he shot him because he was pizzed. Like He started it with the whole never bother seeing each other again, so that week leewon was missing and no communication was his fault, but then again no one really tells him when it is his fault, the this is his first time actually having feelings be side ho*** for a specific person which is his "love" but Dmitri has been gaslighting him for a week or more because he doesn't want Caesar to depend on anyone but him. So seeing red, feeling abandoned he returned the shot he took in the shoulder for Lee, then shot him in the leg for trying to abandon him, which he wasn't he just needed to go somewhere safe and plan his next moves and the the last sh** Caesar gave him (SPOILERS) was in his gut, probably  for making him feel gutted by the news he was leaving like that. Also he does kinda ra** him before doing a week long fu** frenzy, but he gets ambiguous consent from the ever challenging Lee Won who just can stop his mouth when he's mad.
