And i guess they will save her later on and forgive their friend and bla bla bla. These kind of things should carry an equivalent punishment , i mean, she helped in 'saintess' kidnapping. That should be equivalent for complete removal of bloodlines i guess. Saintess are the vertex of religions. And religions are th truth as per stories of old times.

@i_like_romcom I could understand your point for some sotries but it can't be valid here.
No adults, only students do the work, talking through fists, this is a manga 100% shonen, of course power of friendship will win in the end ! 
Not forgiving their friend would not be shonen, so I don't see how they would stay true to their setting without doing it 🤔
Obviously it's a cliché, but as there are no adult side of the story, there can't be real consequences.
