First open the comments section
Then click so that the cursor of text comes.
Then click the rich text which is written in red below the comment box
Then scroll the second row of the bar from right to left side.
You will see the IMG insert icon then select the image you want to insert then click done.
The only problem is they only allowed one image per comment
