hold on im pretty sure he broke through to middle rank like 7 or more chapters ago so shouldnt he be 4th tier high tier

@Death Nah, during the competition he broke through to 4th tier low rank and after he only gained another 30,000 or so points which wasn’t enough to breakthrough to middle rank
