@nah the second u known its a horror reel,leave insta or tiktok.only then u can sleep peacefully(quickly)or else suffer in agony(overthinking)

@nah dont sleep then,do something productive then(study,read manga or something else).and when ur extremely tired go to sleep(u would be asleep before u known it)
