The glasses guy is a jerk for not listening, but I'm pretty sure mc wanted glasses guy to get out because glasses guy was throwing up (mc prolly thought glasses guy thought sleeping with a guy was gross) but I think from glasses guy perspective, he's prolly sensitive to blood and was also rough because he was taking his anger out on mc.
