funny enough, that "stick" is actually an anti-personel weapon called a "man catcher" and is specialized for taking care of out of control prisoners and individuals that do not react to things like shock or pepper spray. It's not really used anymore, but it's the PERFECT weapon for taking care of individuals like Jabber 🤣 especially the archaic version that had spikes on the inside of the arc x.x
