My dream was to be a doctor now that I know what happens in a hospital I have read over 25 manhwa regarding medical even though I don't understand, but the most problem I can see is "status" like 2nd year? 3rd year? I mean why does that matter when they are so arrogant and when they don't even know the suitable treatment?

It's their pride as a tenured.. If you we're there longer then suddenly a newbie comes up and shows off his/her skill, you as a tenured on that location will feel threatened and ashamed. That's happening in real life for sure and in all type location. So just be careful.
It's fine now I changed my dream to a chef, I suck at science tbh.
Its korean manhwa so the hierarchy is high there. Try Western Countries
@HUGE BIG THICK JUICY LIGHTSABER tbh I'm a nurse but I want to quit people in the medical field are so cruel sometimes. I lost interest in it when I was in my second year I graduated last summer but I really regret my decision in pursuing this major
