@Jeon Jin it's upto the author. Bcz just a few days ago i read an Omegaverse manga where the beta got preggy from his alpha mate without the beta turning to omega (like the cliche pheromone turning beta to omega plot) and yes they had a healthy baby girl while he was still a beta..

@November  well then that author certainly lacks the knowledge about how things go in A/B/O verse.

@Jeon Jin Every omegaverse story has it's own universe that has it's own rules. It totally depends on the author, as example, in some stories betas can get pregnant or can impregnate omegas, while in some stories neither of those are possible. In some stories, there's only omegas, betas and alphas, while some have those sorted to categories like recessive and dominant omegas. 

It's always good to stay openminded and expect the unexpected.

@Sani omegaverse stories are actually fantasy stories and actually have some basic plots which needs to be followed to make sense. I don't think you can find a vampire story where the vampire stays vegetarian and doesn't crave for blood  all his life because that ruins the plot. The basic concept of vampire fantasy is having a vampire-who-looks-like-man and sucks blood. That's the basic plot. Messing up the basic plot might still create a wonderful story but that doesn't mean the story plotline is correct.
