@ThatGuy that's one of the things I hate about this manga also how he's always doing some bs instead of cultivating and barely wins his fights if not loses them

@Zaxzei1 My guess is thats is culture difference, in place like america or europe seeing a female doctor is very normal, but in china where this is set, many people are still extremely traditional and mysogynistic.
