@laladee I think Anubis is only a g** since Osiris had to force him to become one. It was induced. That's what I've gathered so far

@laladee both Horus and Anubis couldn't become g.ods because Seth unintentionally cast a curse on them. Seth loved kid Anubis so much he wanted him to be a kid forever, because when they become g.ods, they are born again in a different person with different traits, therefore the kid Anubis he loved so much had the chance to transform in a totally different person. Horus, on the other hand, tells Anubis in a previous chapter that he sneaked out from his hideout once because he wanted to know the oh so called evil g.od, and he met a drunk Seth that mistook him with Anubis and hugged and showered him with a love he has never seen before. And it was in this very moment that Seth ended up cursing both. Horus admits that in that moment he envied Anubis so much for having this kind of love that he also accepted the curse. Thus to lift the curse, they have to rejected this will to have "family", in other words they have to reject Seth's love. Anubis unfortunately died again and Osiris offers to him a deal that he can resurrect him IF he agreed to betray Seth and serves him as if legitimate son. That's why Anubis became a g.od but not Horus. In a way Anubis ended up rejecting Seth due to Osiris' condition
