@Ajae_MEAN  he kissed him to make sure he swallowed the water because in the scene right before that he was having trouble swalllowing it and kept coughing it out so it was necesary and partially for safety reasons and to avoid chocking problems also i personaly think he sorta wanted to , not that he would ever admit it.
