@0T1 I do not believe it for the sake of suppressing his sexual drive. Eunuchs often had feminine traits like high voices and small statures because of changes in hormones, especially if they were castrated at the young age. If he were too masculine for a "eunuch" he would become too suspicious

@Jess and you would be correct. Mostly. He's used a suppression medicine to delay masculine traits from developing for many years. As it is clearly shown from Jinshi's physique. His androgynous appearance is a combination of his mother's genetic appearance traits winning the dna lottery in vitro and the medicine he's taken over many years. This was previously showcased in early chapters when they were shown face to face. The resemblance is uncanny
