The two couples are: 
1. Tae seok( the writer guy, white complexion, white hair but huge physics) with Dojun ( the brown complexion guy , who was still studying in college) - they were sleeping in bed together in the first scene

2. Gi-Tae ( the company guy , with moderately fair complexion, who is attending the meeting) and Jinwoo ( the pale complexion, white hair guy but small physics, who entered the room but saw Dojun sleeping with Taeseok) 
Dojun(Dj) is adoptive brother of Jinwoo (Jn), because after Dj's parent's death, Jn's month adopted him. 
But they used to date. Jn has huge crush on Dj, but Not the vice verse. Dj still cares for Jn. 
Then Dj met Taeseok( Ts) , Dj broke up with Jn and started dating Ts. They both have feelings for each other. 

But Jn is heart broken. But he is now with Gitae (Gt) because of a deal, and Gt's ex bf is kwak Jeongmin (Jg) , that actor guy , who is abusive and manipulative.

Jn somehow saved Gt from Jg , Gt have feelings for Jn now, but Jn still loves Dj. 

So long story short

Ts<====>Dj<-----------Jn<--------Gt

I think i got many infos misinterpreted because i initially read the korean raws but that's all i understood reading the whole story 🤷

@KIKI The thing is, 90% of the time, all the characters look so alike, that i get so fuc**** confused
