@Keiii so alpha, beta and omega are based on wolf pack ranks and their associated traits. so because alphas are the leaders of the pack, they tend to be the strong, dominant and the provider. omegas are to be courted, they're the one who get pregnant and alphas are the ones who do the courting etc. alphas and omegas can emit pheromones to attract each other but betas do not. because in packs, they're more mid-ranking. that's how it ties in with their physiology and social status. alphas will go into ruts and omegas will go into heats which basically means they get super ho*** and want to mate/mark each other. omegas are typically submissive but there's writers who subvert that. they can have special eye colours because of their wolf form
