@Yumi he forced it into our mc and made him bleed without stopping. No preparation at all he just pushed the mc on the ground after putting it in his throat and proceeded to shove it all in his rear. I saw the raws and it seems like the mc even had trauma of it before due to the flashbacks so the author knows da** well what they're doing, and justifying it.
