Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but what I've understood from this is basically that the sister is probably the strongest and most dangerous assasin in their group and they can barely control her. The other guy got pis*** because he though that the MC knew this and was acting arrogant because he thaough that if could somehow use his older sister against them.
