Since we know that Si-eon does not convey if "needs" or "wants" anything from this relationship or from Namwoo or even his preferences in bed. But I observed he was always obsessed with Namwoo's chest. But never quite showed it. And then we see at later when they re concile and have s**, he openly starts showing his love for Namwoo's chest and his preference that he cu** from his a** without touching himself
