@Mr. Chuchu I think he kinda always was one. It's just that this time it is more consensual and he is in his right mind to accept that he likes it. 
Because majority of the time in the main story Sooyoung is grappling with accepting that he likes the rough s*x even when it was not coming out of a place of love so now that he is sort of secure in Taesung's love for him, he is freely exploring and enjoying what he likes. 
Atleast that's what I think. 🦋🦋🦋

@Mr. Chuchu or it could just be some unresolved trauma as he still associates Taesung's rough s*x as him being into him because that's the only sort of attention Sooyoung got from him in almost the whole of season 1 and 2. 
He clearly didn't get therapy so there's a possibility of that too 🤷♀️
