This is because in earlier chapters you saw that she was not more than a small lizard so to be able to grow this much in 5 years makes sense. And in the human form her tail disappeared and in the next few chapters when she meets the extended family she will be able to use more of her dragon powers.

And when it is revealed that she is Erno's biological daughter she will transport herself and her father to original world AKA modern day Korea. So this growth period is totally justified 😊

Oh about that when they know she is his biological daughter after somedays she faints and wakes up in her Original world Korea and there she wishes her father Erno to be present so with her dragon powers she travelled through universes and same goes for the father whom she teleports unknowingly. 

Fun fact: when Erno meets her other family she breaks her father's hand or something and he pushes off her evil grandmother off the window 😂
