First both show up uninvited, then the prince tries to pursue her despite countless rejections she's made, and now that he doesn't have anymore excuses he can use to stay, Jacques antagonises and makes false accusations against her because "how dare she hurt our pride as prince and prince's knight! Maybe telling a woman who's been abused for most of her childhood that her love for her brother is incest will make my oh fo fragile pride feel better!"
