@Xaos I'm talking about that tea the maid was prepared at the beginning of their marriage. The fact she's not getting pregnant, generally means she's unknowingly taking contraceptive tea/pills or poison. In manhwas at least.

@Seraphielle Like I said, that's the common causes in most manhwas, even more when it emphasize teas.
Other times it can be physical trauma or magic/curses. Some manhwas can be more realistic and put the cause as constant stress, or leave the pregnancy for the ending.
I just thought that, because they showed the tea cups so much, she was still taking the contraceptive tea.
