A chapter for world building and vaguely introducing people? It wasn't done perfectly but it allows us to know what direction the graphic novel is heading and is better than 100 action chapters in a row. Next time if they introduce them a bit better and make them look competent then it'd be better, this chapter also allows us to understand the characters a bit better as well and how he'll treat his pets.
