@Whatever to be fair, he's not shying away from it cause he's the boss and the rich guy with a powerful family. He can afford to like her without much consequence. She, on the other hand, is not rich like him, she's the employee AND she works for his family's company. Openly liking him back could make her lose everything she has.
@Okaka I ACCIDENTALLY DISLIKED I WAS MEANT TO LIKE trollface sticker
@Okaka He has consequences too... he's from a rich family... he's expected to follow certain expectations... and to live to their standards... she on the other hand hasn't got these expectations to follow no one is there deciding her life for her or in sense going to tell her that she can't do smtg cos it's not good for the company or status of their family or image... both can lose everything they've worked hard for... sure he'd still be rich... but he'd have to give up projects and work he's put his time in... he'd have to face the public when they also know of this as well as his family...
Maybe I'm wrong... and being narrow-minded... but they both will suffer just as much..
They'll be put in situations where they'll leave for the betterment of the other...
Tbh the manhwa hasn't even got to the stage where they struggle with third party interference but yh i get ur point...
@Whatever she can lose lots of things thats why its hard for her to gamble the relationship that he wants. Meanwhile in his case, if their relationship ended, he still has the money and all, while her? She can lose her dream job that she worked hard for so many years, hence the hesitation. If you were able to grasp her love that she has for her job, the sacrifices she made to get there u will understand her point.

Its not about her denying and rejecting both of their feelings, its about being practical of what she should do. Its her life thats at stake here.
